We watched Landon take his first step tonight!!!! And he has done it quite a few times since, but only the one step so far! The funniest part is, is the way he like to do it - he stands holding onto the couch, then wants to turn himself completely around to face us (which he is getting pretty good at) and then try to take a step. Sometimes it works fine and other times he gets himself pretty twisted in the process and kinda comes upper body first instead of feet first! We've always been able to catch him and he hasn't tried it when we aren't there, but I am sure he will try it without us one of these days and have a little fall! Its all part of learning!
He is also saying "Mom" since yesterday! It sounded like he said it a while ago, but wouldn't say it again for quite a few months, and then yesterday it came out and now he likes to say it all the time, along with dada! Its been an exciting couple of days for us here! Hope you are all having a good weekend!

Oh watch out! Soon you'll be running after him! So fun that he is saying Mom and Dada! I look forward to that with Makena!
