Summer Days

We have had some wonderful summer days in the last week...the other night we went to a friends bbq at Joel and Amy's house and they had a kiddie pool. We put all three kids in the pool and they had a blast! Landon loved it... he could sit up and splash with his hands and then we discovered....He has NO fear!! He pushed his legs out from under him and landed face first into the water and thought it was fun. Then he enjoyed laying on his tummy and kicking his legs and moving his arms. Above, are the pictures from that night. (Thanks Melissa!) So, the next day, I went out and bought a kiddie pool that we now have in our backyard! We also enjoy many days at my parents backyard pool. Landon loves the water, and as soon as we enter the backyard, tries to get out of my arms into the water. I honestly think he thinks that he can do it himself! It is so much fun that he enjoys the water because I enjoy it so much and so it is such a fun summer activity, especially when Papa comes in the pool and plays with Landon!!!
