So, we made it to Calgary! Landon did fairly well on the plane...just wanted to move around A LOT! The nice part was the we had an empty seat beside us so I was able to have a little bit of freedom as to how much I let him move around. Everyone around us had a ball talking to him and he smiled at everyone! We arrived in Calgary at about 10:15pm and so by this time Landon was pretty tired. He didn't end up falling asleep on the drive to Uncle Ken's house, so by the time we got here he was EXHAUSTED!! It took him a while to fall asleep - overtired + new place = not fun!! Anyways, we both only got about 6 hours of sleep and then the next day we drove to Gull Lake, which is about 2 hours away from Calgary. Landon did fairly well....he slept in the car on the way there and then got to have his first ride in a boat and we enjoyed the sunshine and the beautiful serenity of the lake. It was wonderful. By the end of the day, he had had it! He ended up sleeping pretty good last night and is pretty happy today, other than I can see another tooth starting to make its way through the gums! Gotta love teething!
We woke up this morning and my grandpa called to tell us that my grandma had been taken to the hospital because she'd had another "episode". (My grandma has been having weird fainting/blackout spells and nobody can figure out why) So, we ended up spending the morning at the hospital. They released her a few hours later but with no answers. That is the frustrating part. So, we are just praying that they will figure it out soon or that they stop.
Not really sure what our plans are for the rest of the week yet...we might go to the zoo and do some shopping and we will be spending time with my cousins and other family here. I forgot to bring my camera cord, so unfortunately I won't be able to post pictures until I get home.
I hope you all have a wonderful week!

umm that is wierd about your grandma my oma had the same thing and she would blackout and we'd call the ambulance and she was taken in and they would do all these tests and they could never find anything wrong with her. She would feel fine once she came too and be mad that we were taking her to the hospital. i will have to ask my mom if anything was ever figured out.
sorry to hear about your grandma, at least you were there though.
Chat soon
Hope your grandma is doing well! And little Landon is sure a well travelled guy. We've taken Denay out boating a handful of times and if she is upset and crying, she stops instantly when we start driving! Hope you have a great trip.....
one diagonoses was a heart flutter which won't show up on tests but other then that they never figured it out. She passes away this past fall(not from that)
