December

I feel like December is fully upon us!  Planning Christmas events, the busyness of the season, Christmas shopping, baking, decorating!  This year, I have been finding it hard to keep on top of everything.  My mornings have not been as productive as they normally are, first of all because Landon has gone down to one nap a day in the afternoon, and secondly because I usually feel pretty sick in the mornings.  Then the afternoon comes along, I'm feeling better, but then Landon naps for a good 2-3 hours, so there goes the day!  Needless to say, I have not been able to accomplish my Christmas shopping yet...I have started, but hoping that this week I will be able to finish or at least be able to cross most of my list off!  

Today would have been my Auntie Dianne's 46th birthday.  So, I am sitting here this morning thinking of her and thinking about the fact that she is celebrating her birthday dancing with Jesus!  This month is going to be full of remembering her. This year on the morning of Christmas eve, we will be joining all of my mom's family in Seattle (one of my Auntie Di's favourite spots) and having a memorial for her.   

Well, I am feeling decent this morning, so I am going to try to get us ready to go to church!  Hope that you all are having a wonderful, busy December so far!  I am looking forward to Jon, Ben and Kare coming home for Christmas this year!  And at the beginning of January, Jer and Shari move home!!!! YEAH!!!!  We are so excited that we will be able to see all of our siblings over this holiday season.
