I am feeling...

a bit exhausted!  It has been a bit of tiring last couple of days. Along with Landon walking everywhere, he had gotten a cold.  The last 3 nights, he has woken himself up numerous times coughing.  Although I didn't get up all the time, I just always woke up to the the sound and so that makes for a very tired mom the next morning!  Today seems quite a bit better, which we are so thankful for.  Naps went fairly well today and then we discovered that Landon's 3rd tooth has come through!  He now has his 2 bottom front teeth and now his top left eye tooth.  I thought that was a rather weird one to come in first - I was expecting his top front ones to come in first.  So, I am assuming that that's why he got the cold in the first place.

I also started subbing with Wind and Tide this month.  I have only done it once so far, and probably will only do it about 3-4 times a month, depending on the days that my mom or mother -in-law can take Landon.  I am still not sure if I am ready to do it, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try.  I thought it would be nice for me to get out of the house and do something a little different and its nice that Landon can be with a grandma for the day!  But it is a little weird to leave him and go be with 20 other children for the day!  So, after Oct is finished, I will decide if I want to keep doing it a few times a month or not.

Jason is doing great!  Work is going well and he is doing a biggest loser contest with a group of people and is doing great in that.  I can't tell you how much weight he has lost cuz its a secret to the other people in the contest, but I am very proud of him and he has 2 more weeks left - and if he loses the most weight, percentage-wise, then he will win $900!  He is also playing hockey 2 times a week and is loving it!  I haven't yet been able to go to a game, because they have been quite late, but I am hoping to make it to one soon!

And tonight - we are leaving Landon with a babysitter (that is not family) for the first time!  We have a Jack and Jill babyshower to attend and so we figured we would get a babysitter and see how it goes!  The babysitter we have coming is one of my favourite people...I babysat her from the time she was born, so yep, it makes me feel pretty old!  But we love her and I am excited to have her start looking after Landon for us!  So, we'll see how he does!  My guess is that he'll be fine...but you never know!

So, that is the update from the Pue household this weekend.  We have our Paterson Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, as my parents were away last week, so I am looking forward to another turkey dinner - YUM!

Hope you all have a great rest of your weekend!

So glad the tooth FINALLY came through! That has been a long time in coming. I hope the babysitting went well! And we need to get together soon - are you available this week sometime? Nate leaves Thursday night for the weekend, so I will have the car from Thursday on. Let me know if one of those days works for you and Landon!
