Airplanes

The sunshine is back and its been nice because it hasn't been QUITE as hot as our last heat wave, but there are still moments that the heat is not my friend! I do love being able to take Landon outside, swimming and all of that, but I am feeling like I am almost ready for fall to be here! Sweaters, boots, and warm drinks - but the one thing I'm not looking forward to is having a very active child who wants to go, go, go! I am looking into some activities for him come fall so that hopefully we don't go crazy!! :)

Here is a picture of me preggo at 12 weeks. I am still on both medications, and plugging through, but unfortunately the nausea has not gotten much better. I am really hoping that I can be off at least one of the medications soon, but so far when I've tried, its running to the bathroom for me! I have another appointment with my midwife on Tuesday and I am really looking forward to hearing that wonderful heartbeat again!
Last week, we took Landon to Richmond to watch the planes come in. There is a park there called "Flight Path Park", and on the internet it says there is a playground there, so we packed up Grandpa and Grammy and headed off. Unfortunately, there is no playground - its just a field, but you can watch the planes come in. Landon loves airplanes and points at every one when we are outside somewhere. The wind was not in our favour, so the runway that we were by was not the one getting the most action, but we still saw a few planes fly right over top of us, and Landon was quite taken by the whole situation!
