Life has been busy around here these days! Jason has been away for about 14 days out of the last 3 weeks and he was working nights for the 2 months before that, so that has not been fun. Landon really misses his daddy, as do I, and unfortunately his behaviour is what has paid the price. He doesn't understand where his daddy is and I can't tell him that it will only be "x" days until he gets home, so that's hard.
But Jason gets home tonight and no more going away for more than 1 day (on business) for at least a little while!
Jason and I are going away this weekend and I am very excited! We are going with our friends K & J, celebrating our anniversary and just getting some much needed time together. Both of our parents will have Landon for a night and I'm sure he'll have lots of fun.
Landon will be 19 months this week and I can hardly believe it! He has grown so much - he definately looks like a little boy and not a baby anymore :) He is really beginning to communicate a lot more. He says "Hi" to anyone and everyone, ALL day long! And when we are outside and he hears an airplane, he points in the sky and says "Wow". He has added "bubbles" to his words, as that is one of his favourite activities to do outside. And he can say "pool", "cheese", "please". I think those are the new ones. Everyday he does something new! Its a lot of fun.
