A Quick Update

Well, I am still here!  And life is good.  Landon has 2 new teeth now and is basically running around the house!  His new favourite things to do are peek a boo and being chased around the kitchen!  Every evening we give him a bath and boy is it fun to watch!  He is a fish!  Landon literally swims in the bathtub...he lies on his tummy, sticks his face under the water, pulls himself up on the side and does bumdrops and belly flops into the water.  I think its his favourite time of day!  (The picture if of Landon playing "peek a boo" with his frog in the bath)

I started decorating for Christmas yesterday - yep, for some of you its still early, but I love doing around Remembrance Day.  I set my tree up tonight, but for some reason I cannot find the box that has all of my tree lights and ornaments.  It has to be around here somewhere, but for now, my tree is empty.  Tomorrow I will try to find that box!
And Landon's birthday is right around the corner.  Its still SO hard to believe that he's going to be a whole year old!  Last year at this time, I was wishing him out of me, and now I have a bubbly, energetic little boy!  Its hard to understand how people do not believe in God when you see a child born and grow up like they do!  God is amazing!
I have also been presented with the idea of doing a job from home.  I am in the process of seeing if it is going to work out and I am rather excited about the idea.  I do enjoy subbing, but it is just hard to leave Landon and go work with other children.  And its not super consistent.  So, I will let you know how it all works out.
I hope you all have a wonderful rest of your week!

had the same feeling about subbing and workign playing with other children while my child would be watched by someone else. also for me the pain wasnt worth going back to subbing.
