Well, we made it back to Sydney - the flight wasn't too bad this time...Landon slept almost the whole time. We arrived back to Karalee and Ben's place and they told us that they had planned a night for us for our anniversary. So, the next night, Jason and I got to go out on a date while Landon's 2 aunts and uncle watched him for us. We went to Cafe Sydney, which is one of the best cafe's in Sydney because it has an absolutely WONDERFUL view of the harbor. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner out on the deck looking over downtown Sydney. Then, we went for a walk, did a little shopping and a couple hours later, we went to a Gold Class Movie. A Gold Class movie is a movie that is quite expensive (it was a gift from our family) and you get to sit in recliners and you get served whatever you want, whenever you want. You order drinks, food or dessert and you tell them how far into the movie you want them to bring things to you. It was a lot of fun - we saw the movie "21" and we really enjoyed it.
Since Thursday night, we have done a bit more sightseeing...we went to the zoo, which was absolutely beautiful because it is set on one of the highest points in Sydney and has a spectacular view. I have pictures, but will have to upload them when we get back home...the internet is being a little too slow for uploading. Then we have gone down to Bondi Beach for a lunch and a walk and then today we went to church at Hillsong in the Hills. Ben was playing guitar today at all services, so we went to the morning service, then stayed out for lunch and a walk around the Hills and then went to the evening service. It was a wonderful experience. The worship was excellent, as you can imagine and the speaker in the evening service was really good and we all really enjoyed it.
The next 2 days aren't supposed to be very nice, so we aren't sure what our plans will be. We are going to be meeting up with a few friends we haven't seen yet and then Thursday morning (Wed night your time) we will be flying home and we arrive home in Vancouver on Thursday morning at 7am. We are all feeling ready to come home. 3 weeks is a long time! And I am anxious to get Landon back onto his schedule and completely healthy again. He has been such a wonderful traveller! We feel so blessed. Other than the time when he was SOO sick, he has been happy, other than some teething, and it has been so easy. He has slept anywhere we've been, in the stroller, in the car etc. At church today he was the star of the show, with Ben and Kare showing him off to everyone. Their pastor came up to meet Landon and he prayed for Landon and said he was highly favored....and we receive that fully!
It has been a really great trip - at times not so relaxing as Landon was quite sick - but for the most part, has been such a refreshing time to be with family and have some fun.
Hope you are all doing well - we are looking forward to being home and seeing everyone soon!

So glad that you got a nice night out for your anniversary, what a treat the movie must have been. I am sure Jay thought it was the best thing.
