Today Landon had to have his first set of shots! I was really nervous - but thankfully my sister was able to come with me to help make it easier. They weighed Landon and he is now 12 lbs 14 oz and 24 inches long. So, he's gained 5 lbs 3 oz and grown 3.5 inches since birth. Landon definately didn't like getting the shots done - he had a big pout and lots of tears, which was really hard for me to see because he is not a baby that cries very often AT ALL. He ate and fell asleep right after the shots and now I am so thankful because he is sitting on my lap all smiles! So, hopefully he's not mad at me anymore!!! I wish we didn't have to take them for shots so often in their first year - it just doesn't seem fair!

Glad to hear the shots went as good as they can! I know with Janae that the hardest one was at a year. So i was terrified for her 18 month shots but they went really well, we had a great nurse and at 18 months you can distract them so much easier so she ddint' really cry. I go for Camryn's next week and then i am also doing janaes chicken pox vaccine cause i refused it last time. as i wanted to do more research. Camryn is bigger then your boy already!! i guess that is what happens when you come out at 10 pounds 12 oz! She is already in 6 month sleeper,. ia am guessing she will be tall like her mom.
