Christmas with my boys!

Christmas was so much fun - I really enjoyed watching Landon enjoy Christmas this year. It was the first year that he really enjoyed the presents and all the events.
Christmas eve we spent with my family at the Christmas eve service at CLA and then went to my parents for appies afterwards.

Landy got a new toy from Papa
When we woke up on Christmas morning, we told Landy to go downstairs to look under our Christmas tree.  We hadn't put any presents under the tree until late Christmas eve (due to the fact that our boys LOVE to open presents) and so he was so amazed that there were presents there!
My parents and Abby and Andrew came over around 9am and we had our traditional Christmas wifesaver, cinnamon buns and fruit for breakfast.  After breakfast, we woke up Ben and Kare because they wanted to be a part of the present opening from afar.  It was 4:30am their time on boxing day :( but they graciously awoke and sat in bed, taking a part in the festivities.  They gave Landon a guitar for Christmas and so we brought that out for him and he was THRILLED.  He sat on the couch and played and sang it ALL morning for us.  After opening presents from Ben and Kare, we let them go back to sleep.  Landon thought every present was his, and wanted to open them all!  After some convincing, he realized that everyone got to open some presents :)
Abby and Andrew headed off to his parents house for the afternoon, and then Jason's parents popped by for a bit to see the boys.  After spending time with them and putting the turkey in the oven, my parents headed home for a rest.  Jason and I sat on the couch and watched National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation while the boys had their nap.  This was the first year of us having the day at our home and it was SOOOO nice.  It was so relaxing not having to pack up the boys and all the stuff we would need for the day.  I thoroughly enjoyed Christmas day so much.  Abby, Andrew and my parents returned for dinner and we had a wonderful turkey dinner. Once the boys were in bed for the night, we got out Cranium and had such a fun time playing the game and laughing!  We missed Ben and Kare so much, but gives us more to look forward to for next year.
Boxing day was spent with the Pue side of the family and we had a wonderful day over there, opening presents and having a wonderful dinner.  Of course I didn't get many pictures over there at all :(  We had lots of fun just relaxing and talking with the family and of course, enjoying our new nephew!
Here are some pictures of our Christmas Day:
