An Update

Liam is now a month old! Its hard to believe that it goes by so fast. We have had an interesting last couple of weeks, as Liam became colicky at around week 3. He has always been a gassy baby but it seemed to really get bad, and he would cry for hours at a time. After talking to some friends, I decided to take Liam to a pediatric chiropractor. I had a consultation with him, and after he looked over Liam and felt his back, he said that there were a couple spots that were tight and needed adjusting. The next day we went back and he did the adjustments....well, that night Liam slept 5 hours and then 4 hours! I felt like a new woman! We went back 2 days later and he adjusted him a bit more and again, the nights have been about 4 hour stretches! And we have had no more 3 hour crying fits over the last week! YEAH! I am so thankful too all the friends who gave me their advice and who prayed for us.

This week, having Liam more content, has felt really good. I feel like we are coming into a schedule and I am really enjoying time with my boys. Landon has handled all the change really well - we have really felt lucky. He loves his baby brother, and gives him kisses all day long!

I will leave you with a couple pictures from St. Patricks day!

This is our attempt at a family photo, but unfortunately our 2 year old is not a fan of pictures these days!

Precious boy! I can wait to have another baby in the house.
Denay had colic too and I had friends who went to get them adjusted and said it worked wonders too.....I think I might have to consider it if we run into that situation again.

So wonderful to hear you found something to help with the colic. Great photos of your new family of 4. :)

That's awesome to know! I thought about doing that with Chase but the bio gaia seemed to help him. SO happy that you're getting more rest!
