Liam James Pue was born February 16, 2010 at 10:12 am! It is wonderful to have him here! I began active labor at about 2am on Tuesday morning - contractions were about 15-20 minutes apart. Within an hour and a half they were 5 minutes apart, and so my midwife came to the house at around 4am or so. At that point I was 4 cm and fully effaced, so she said we were good to go. We went to the hospital around 5am and got into our room. At 8:00 I was feeling a lot of pressure and major discomfort and so she checked me, but I was only 5-6cm. This was pretty discouraging as I thought I'd be at least 8. I was having a lot of back labor because of the position Liam was in. We kept moving trying to get him to change positions. Just minutes before 10am my water broke and that was it...I was pushing. And Liam was born at 10:12am. With Landon I pushed for almost 2 hours and so this time was a lot different and crazy intense! But he's here and we are happy :)

Liam looks identical to Landon as a baby! Its pretty crazy. Landon seems to be doing well - the first few hours after Liam was born, Landon was definately a bit out of sorts, but as the day went on he got more and more interested and now with us being home, he is super excited about "baby". He is always putting his blanket on Liam and going to make sure he's still there. I am really looking forward to all the fun to come with my boys!
