Things have been a bit nuts! Jason has been working nights for the last number of weeks, and I do NOT enjoy it! For all of you moms that put up with husbands that do shift work, I am really sorry! Jason has these night resets a few times a year, but he has to do all the stores in the lower mainland, so they usually last for a few weeks at a time. Tonight is the last night reset for a while...thank goodness!!! I have been feeling like first of all, I'm missing my hubby, Landon is missing his daddy and then we also haven't been able to spend as much time with friends and family as we normally would. I am definately looking forward to life becoming "normal" again for a time!

Around here....
On another note, my BIL and SIL, Jeremy and Shari, have moved in with us for a time. We LOVE having them here. Jeremy has been working with Jason, so Shari and I at least have each other when our hubby's our gone at work. And it has been so nice for Landon to have his auntie and uncle around.
Landon has been a bit sick this week and really irritable. We got into the doctor today last minute, and found out he has this rash that causes achiness and fatigue, which probably explains the reasons he's been so clingy and whiny this week. Its so hard when they can't tell you what is wrong. The rash isn't contagious, which is good, and there really is no explanation for it, but apparently can last for weeks! AAAH! I am praying that it doesn't last long. There is nothing we can do for it, we just have to let it run its course. Let's just say, bedtime has been my favourite part of the day this week...;) silence.
Jason and Jeremy have a Valentine's day evening planned for Shari and I this weekend and we are looking forward to the night out! And we have a couple family dinners this weekend because Jason's granny is in town! Hopefully all the distraction will be good for Landon and will keep us all busy!
I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend with your significant other and family!

I hear ya about conflicting work schedules - it's so hard, isn't it? I'm glad for you that it ends today! Hope Landon feels better really soon. Have an awesome Valentine's Day!!
I totally agree with your feelings on night shift. I couldn't stand my hubby working nights it drove me INSANE!! Although now that he works out of town I long for those days....
Good luck!
